These terms and conditions form an agreement between yourself and Morne’ McCartney with BRINGMESOME.CO.ZA merely being a virtual link between the parties.  Accessing and using the information services constitutes the agreement. The information service, including any new information added to the information service from time to time, is provided subject to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may be amended without notice to you. Accessing and using the information services after an amendment to the terms and conditions, constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

The web site is owned and managed by Morne’ McCartney, a South African Citizen. Certain information contained on the web site has been provided by third parties and is owned by those third parties.

The information may be downloaded to a local hard disk, printed or reproduced for personal or  commercial use.  Software purchased may only be used according to the license agreement that applies to the specific product.

If you are not in full agreement with the terms of this agreement or if the terms of this agreement are unlawful in your geographical region, you are strictly forbidden to make use of this Web Site.  By your use of this Web Site or transacting on this Web Site you enter South African territory, and you are bound by South African law.

Copying or distribution of software which is offered for sale by BRINGMESOME.CO.ZA from any third-party (whether for monatary consideration or not).

Information regarding the operating systems, browsers and IP origins of the users of this website is collected for statistical reporting purposes and fraud prevention. No personal information regarding the users of this website is obtained aside from that which is freely given by the user when subscribing to the email newsletter or when purchasing a product. This information, will not be given or sold to any third parties and will be used solely for the purposes of sending the aforementioned email leaflets or for purposes of transacting with the user.  Credit Card numbers is not stored on our system.  When transacting with us via Credit Card, you are redirected to a financial Institution which specialise in transaction processing and we are merely advised whether the transction was successful or not.

General

These terms of use constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and BRINGMESOME.CO.ZA in relation to the subject matter hereof.

Neither you nor BRINGMESOME.CO.ZA shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in terms of the laws of South Africa.
